Coming late is fine, just check the schedule to see if anything you want to be playing in (tournament wise) isn't early. Some PC games are being played at the same time as some console games so check the schedule and make sure you aren't missing anythi

Yes there will be internet, if you came last year you may notice the speed will have dropped. This year we were unable to snag the lion's share of campus bandwidth and bring it in to Porter Hall

Yes you can pay at the door, it's more expensive so if you can buy the ticket online, even it's just before you come to the tourney.
